Kelly Spencer and her amazingly talented team listens to what you want and prepare everything from scratch, just for you! They offer customized menus, hands-on experience, design consultation and the highest level of service. Chef Kelly treats every event as if it were her own. What is the difference between our food stations and a traditional buffet?
Our stations are attended by a Culinary Team Member that assists your guest by answering questions and entertaining them with their culinary flare. They are interactive and allow guests options and choices. A vegetarian and meat-lover could swoon over the same station! They are always designed with your taste and style in mind for a one-of-a-kind experience.
What do the food stations look like?
Chef Kelly will meet with you to determine your style, colors and theme then designs the station around your event so that the entire room looks seamless.
Do you offer other services besides food stations?
Yes! We have a long list of hors d'oeuvres that can be passed or displayed that would enhance any menu. We also offer family-style or plated menus depending on the venue. Some clients even choose a combination of stations and plated/family-style.
What type of foods do you offer?
While Chef Kelly is deeply committed to her Southern roots, there’s not a lot her team can’t do! They can fuse all types of cuisines to make it fun and interesting for all guests. How about a Chinese BBQ pork biscuit? Or an Indian street taco bar? 1920’s? How about a “cigarette girl” passing a variety of sweet treats. Southern? Well, that one’s easy!
Do you source locally?
We are so blessed with an abundance of amazing farmers in and around St. Louis. Using locally grown or sourced products not only taste and look better, but last longer. We try and buy local whenever we can. Some of our favorite farms and distributors: Dirty Girl Farms, Strawhat, Earthdance, Stuckmeyer, Marchoot Creamery, Volpi, Salume Beddu, G&W, Eat Here St. Louis & Fox River Dairy, just to name a few!
Is Chef Kelly at the events?
Each event is so different and so unique and so Kelly and is always there to set-up the event and ensure the event run smoothly. For the duration of your event, Kelly has formed an amazingly talented kitchen and service staff that will anticipate your every need.
“Can I get a price for...?”
We customize and design each and every menu for each event. Everyone’s tastes and styles are unique and we like to showcase that! Cocktail menus could start around $20, while dinner menus could be around $35 per person. In addition, there is a 23% event production fee that includes staffing (excluding bartenders), styling and the "behind the scenes" cost associated with making your event memorable. Rentals and taxes are in addition to the per person fee. Average dinner menus can range from $45-$100 (including taxes, rentals and service). Bar menus and pricing are also available.
Do you have a liquor license?
Yes we do! We pride ourselves in offering some of the best local craft beers, delicious wines and craft cocktails; we can even create a specialty cocktail for your event!
Can you provide us with all of our rental needs?
Yes we can! We can even schedule meetings with local rental companies for a design consultation. We arrange for all of the delivery and pick-up. We will also ensure that the linens, tables, place settings are set for your event.
When do you arrive at an event?
Depending on the event, we will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to the event start time. We stay until the event is completely cleaned and rentals are accounted for.

We do not need full-service catering. Do you provide drop-off/delivery service?
Yes we do! Every event may not need the full attention of our staff. Therefore, we offer a "Limited Service" catering option that allows you the look of a full-service catered event without the staff. We deliver your menu items on eco-friendly palm serving pieces and set up the display for you so that you are ready for your guests or clients when they arrive. Minimums do apply.
Do you offer cake cutting services?
We do and it is complimentary.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
While we do not offer wedding cakes, we do offer a small 6” bride and groom cake for cutting in our dessert offering.
Do you offer tastings?
Each menu is extremely customized. We purchase all products fresh for every event. We are a small, boutique company committed to providing the freshest of ingredients. We do not offer traditional tastings for this reason. However, we do invite you to attend our "Sips and Samplings" cocktail party once a year that showcases cocktails, new stations and passed hors d'oeuvres. It may not be what's on your menu, but will give you an idea of our taste, style and service. It's your chance to see us at work! We also offer a complimentary cheese board during your first consult meeting.
Is the price for rentals (china, flatware, glassware, linens) included in the per person price?
Every client has very different taste and we want to give you exactly what you envision and want. For that reason, we outsource all rentals and pass the cost along to you without additional mark-ups. We are more than happy to set-up a consultation at one of our preferred vendors and help your with the decision making process.
We want you to cater our event! How do we confirm our date?
GREAT! You will need to sign the contract and either mail it to us or scan it and email to us. We require a non-refundable 10% booking deposit.
How is payment handled?
Sixty days prior to your event, a non-refundable confirmation deposit of 50% (less the 10% booking deposit) is due. 10 days prior to your event, you will let us know your final guests count. You will be locked into that count. You may add on guests, but it may not go lower. Your final balance is due one week prior to your event date. You will receive an invoice from us for each of the payments due that allows you to pay by credit card online or mail a check. We accept any form of payment and credit card.
Do you offer a reduced rate for children and vendors?
Yes we do! Children under 12 and vendors will receive 50% off your price per person.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in our catering contract or invoice and is solely at your discretion. Although not required, it is certainly always appreciated by our hardworking team members. You are given the option of adding gratuity to your final invoice or you may pay staff directly.
